Fortunately, the clunky animations don’t occur all that often so this issue won’t hinder your experience all that much. The game features detailed textures and high quality unit designs but the animations can look a tad bit clunky at times. Going into the visuals, Ministry of War doesn’t really push the genre’s boundaries all that much but it’s still a pretty good looking game overall. The game world is pretty massive so it’s likely that you’ll be able to secure an ample amount of resources for yourself from somewhere but if you truly want to expand your empire into a massive one then you’ll need to take control of other people’s territories and this’ll certainly be a challenging task. It’s worth mentioning that territorial control is a pretty big aspect of this game and the amount of resources you have at your disposal will actually depend quite heavily on what territories you control. Once you’ve setup the crucial parts of your empire, you’ll be able to do things like invade others, send units out to hunt for resources, take control of territories and a whole lot more. The game has a very in-depth empire building system and you’ll be given a variety of different ways through which you can build up your own kingdom and then fortify it to make sure that people don’t end up invading. Onto the gameplay, Ministry of War offers all the features that a lot of modern day browser based MMORTS games are known for and, on top of these, it has tons of other unique features as well that set it apart from the crowd. The tutorial does an excellent job of explaining the game’s basics to newcomers so you’ll have a pretty solid understanding of how the game works by the time you’re finished with it. Thankfully, the game starts off with a pretty in-depth tutorial sequence that takes place in a step by step manner. The game has a steep learning curve and a variety of different gameplay features that you’ll need to learn so it’ll definitely be a while before you fully master it. As you’d expect from any MMORTS game, Ministry of War is quite hard to get into. This is a spectacular MMORTS with lots to offer and we certainly recommend giving it a shot. However, Ministry of War remedies this issue by implementing tons of amazing gameplay features into the mix.

However, as fun as most of these games are, they don’t necessarily have a lot of features and this is why they tend to get repetitive after a while. There are multitudes of browser based MMORTS games available nowadays and the majority of these games is actually quite enjoyable.
